Enjoy an engaging experience dedicated to the culinary traditions of Romagna, one of the most genuine and beloved expressions of Italian cuisine. Guided by our chefs, you will step into the kitchen and learn, step by step, the secrets of recipes that have been passed down through generations.

During the class you will learn how to prepare one of the symbols of Italian gastronomy: ragù. We will begin by exploring the key ingredients—such as tomatoes and olive oil—to understand how a rich, flavorful and perfectly balanced sauce is created.

You will then discover the art of making fresh handmade pasta in the Romagna tradition, the perfect match for the ragù you have prepared. Each participant will have a fully equipped personal workstation, allowing everyone to take part in the experience in a practical and enjoyable way.

The experience will be accompanied by a selection of local wines, enhancing the flavors of the region.

At the end of the class, we will sit down together to enjoy the meal we have prepared: starting with a traditional local appetizer, followed by the fresh pasta with the ragù made during the lesson, and finishing with a delicious dessert.
