In addition to being one of the longest park districts in Italy (once complete, it will span the entire coast of Rimini from Torre Pedrera to Miramare), the Parco del Mare is also an urban sustainability project that seeks to improve quality of life by providing kilometres of green space and dozens of sport and relaxation facilities alongside the calm, blue Adriatic.
Running along the city’s coastline from north to south, the Parco del Mare district also provides residents with a new transport network by foot, electric scooter or bike, allowing people to travel the entire length of the city surrounded by native plants, greenery and flower beds in absolute safety and tranquillity.
