The new Rimini Xperience tourism app is available on the IOS and Android stores. Rimini Xperience was produced by VisitRimini. Rimini Xperience is a free tool that welcomes and accompanies visitors around the city. Being georeferenced, it orients him and tells him what to see and what to do in Rimini all around where he is. A virtual greeter, a companion always available to give suggestions and ideas on how best to enjoy a holiday in Rimini.

The new Rimini Xperience tourism app has the added option of being able to call VisitRimini with a click and to find out where the Tourist Offices are, so that you can also have real contact details 7 days a week of the team at the service of the city’s tourism. In the app, which is developed in Italian and English and is downloaded directly in the smartphone’s default language, the welcome page opens and then accesses the homepage. Here you will find itineraries, events, experiences, restaurants, shopping and hotels, as well as useful information. In addition, in the fixed bar, there are the contacts of the Tourist Offices and an interactive map of the city, showing all points of interest.
In the Itineraries section, there are four routes: Federico Fellini, Modern and Contemporary Rimini (not only art, but also the new city spaces, primarily the Sea Park), From the Middle Ages to the Renaissance, and Roman Rimini. Each itinerary is organised in such a way that the user can always see which stage is closest to him: a true virtual guide through the city. The concise and effective descriptive contents are intended to provide initial information, to make the visitor curious, so that he or she can discover all the cultural and artistic potential that the Rimini of 2023 has to offer.
The Events section is sorted by date. Selecting the date in question opens up the events scheduled in the city, with a brief description, duration, venue, and a reference to any further information. A way to get a complete overview of what is happening in the city, in one click.
The Experiences section is organised by theme: art, sport and wellness, biking, villages and castles, theme parks, food and wine, sea and Federico Fellini. When you choose a category, the experience proposals open up and you can purchase them directly. The presence of the experiences in the app communicates to the tourist all the richness of the offer of Rimini and its territory.
Then there is the restaurants, clubs, shopping section, which can be consulted by category: Food & drink, Beauty & wellness, Books & shopping, Mobility, where the activities belonging to the Rimini Style Card network and offering card holders discounts and concessions are collected.
The Hotel section allows direct booking of accommodation facilities belonging to the VisitRimini network. With just a few clicks, tourists can book a hotel (if they have downloaded the app from home) or a future new holiday, taking advantage of the fact that they are already there. A facilitation to stimulate the return to the city.
Lastly, in the menu, there is the Useful Info button: here you will find service information related to city mobility, the numbers of the Carabinieri, medical guard, emergency room, hospital and roadside assistance, as well as the much requested list of pharmacies on duty. The contents of Rimini Xperience are constantly updated by VisitRimini, which, with its in-house editorial staff, selects information and updates business proposals to bring them more in line with demand.
