The church is known as the Church of Santa Chiara, located near the Arch of Augustus and was erected in the fourteenth century by the Clarisse nuns.
It preserves a miraculous image of our Lady of Mercy which moved her eyes in 1850, by Giuseppe Soleri Brancaleoni di Rimini (1796).
